On M11 southbound, take Bray North exit (exit 5). Take second exit off the next roundabout heading into Bray Town. At next traffic lights (at garden centre) turn right onto Old Connaught Ave and we are located 400m on RHS. 

On M11 northbound, take Bray North exit 5, turn left at top of slip-road and we are 200m on RHS.
